ПАТЕЛЛОФЕМОРАЛЬНЫЙ ОСТЕОАРТРИТ: ВАЖНАЯ ПОДГРУППА ОСТЕОАРТРИТА КОЛЕННОГО СУСТАВА

Остеоартрит (ОА) является актуальной проблемой современной медицины, что подтверждается неуклонным ростом заболеваемости, экономических затрат на лечение и инвалидизации больных. Поскольку коленный сустав является трехкомпонентным, радиологические проявления болезни многочисленны. Пателлофеморальный сустав (ПФС) является одной из наиболее часто поражаемых частей. Хотя OA ПФС наблюдается часто, эта конкретная подгруппа болезней в значительной степени не признана. Недавние исследования показывают, что ПФС не только является важным источником симптомов ОА коленного сустава, но и люди, страдающие ОА ПФС, демонстрируют признаки болезни, отличные от признаков, наблюдаемых при ОА тибиофеморального сустава (ТФС) берцово-бедренного сустава. Это имеет значение для оценки и лечения пациентов с OA ПФС.
