There is analysis of opisthorchosis sick rate in Semey for 2006-2010 years. Conditions of the labour water transport workman of Semey are studied. During immunological and bacteriological investigations in 2009 in 9 workman diagnosis of chronic
opisthorchosis is established. For prevention and fight with helminthiasis during periodical medical examinations of water
transport workman it is necessary to increase the types of the researches with additional parasitological methods.
