CLINICAL RELEVANCE AND DIFFERENTIATION COMPLEXITY OF SYNDROME OF EARLY VENTRICULAR REPOLARIZATION
Keywords:
ventricular repolarizationAbstract
According to the literature, syndrome of early ventricular repolarization (EVR) relates to the comparatively rare variants of
physiologic electrocardiogram, prevalence of which among the population is 1-7%. Syndrome of EVR occurs in both healthy
and sick people with different heart disease.
Clinical relevance of syndrome of EVR means that it can be treated as electrocardiogram – sign of coronary failure.
That’s why, for exclusion of coronary heart disease (CHD) and CHD overdiagnosis it is necessary a meticulous clinical and
instrumental examination of persons with EVR syndrome. A case report is given.
