CONTENTS METABOLITIES OF THE OXIDES NITROGEN IN BLOOD OF SICK WITH SURGICAL INFECTION

Abstract

In patients with surgical diseases of urinary system has significantly increased the content of NO metabolites in blood,
accompanying scheesya reduced endothelial vasodilation, indicating that violations of vascular endothelial function. After
surgical treatment is observed a further short-term increase in the content of NO metabolites in the blood (up to 161% ) with
simultaneous inhibition of credible vazodilyatiruyu-ing endothelial function (by 51,9% and 55,0% respectively).
