The paper describes ophthalmic manifestations of Down’d syndrome in children of Semiplaltinsk region. The trend to increase the number of Down’s syndrome cases within the last 5 years is discussed. The commonest ophthalmic manifestations were epicantus, refractive errors and strabismus.
