STUDY OF HEMODYNAMICS AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE ORGANS OF DECEASED PATIENTS DURING INFUSION-TRANSFUSION THERAPY

Abstract

In present article haemodynamics questions by echocardiographic researches of heart, measurement of the central v enous pressure in interrelation with morphological changes in tissues of internal organs of the died patients are considered at
carrying out of infuzion-transfuzional therapy. It is established, that level CVP at carrying out of ITT (critical conditions)
should not exceed 30 mm Hg. Level of CVP more than 30 mm Hg can lead to development of a pulmonary hypertension and
a edema of internal organs tissues with a lethal outcome.
