Мұрааттағы мақалаларды қарау
Кіріспе: Әдеби шолу әртүрлі молекулярлық типті сут безі ісігінің метастаздану ерекшеліктері және ісіктің қатерленуімен, ерте және жылдам лимфогенді және гематогенді метастаздануымен, емнен кейінгі соңғы нәтижелерінің қанағаттанарлықсыз болған метастазданған сүт безі қатерлі ісігінің өзекті мәселелеріне арналған. Шолу барысында, заманауи деректер сүт безі қатерлі ісігінің метастазы мен молекулярлық тип арасындағы байланыс болуы мүмкін екендігі аныұталған. Берілген әдебиеттік шолудың мақсаты метатстаздық сүт безінің қатерлі ісігінің заманауи молекулярлық әдістері жайлы әдебиеттерді тауып, соған талдау жасау. Материалдар мен әдістер: қойылған мақстаттарды орындау үшін мақалалар мына көрсетілген мақалалар базасында іздестірілді: PubMed Medline, Health star, Embase, Cochrane, сонымен қатар іздеу жүйесі Google Scholar көмегімен жүргізілді. Нәтижелері: Ғалымдар сүт безінің метастазданған қатерлі ісігінің зерттеу тәртіптері және молекулалық топтарға жіктеу науқасқа неғұрлым жекеленген, жеке күтімді қамтамасыз ете алады деп болжайды. Қорытынды: Молекуло-генетикалық зерттеу нәтижелері метастаздың орналасу жерін айқындау немесе болжауға себебін тигізері корсетілді.
