Емдеуге бейімділік – бұл пациент мінез-құлқының дәрігердің ұсынымдарына сәйкестігі, соның ішінде препараттарды қабылдау, диета және өмір салтын өзгерту. ҚЖА таралушылығы тұтас популяциядағыдан қарағанда күйзеліс синдромына шалдыққан адамдардың арасында жоғарырақ. Күйзеліс пациенттердің емдеуге бейімділігіне теріс ықпал етуі мүмкін.

Зерттеу мақсаты экологиялық қолайсыздық жағдайларында тұрып жатқан адамдардың психологиялық жай-күйінің артериялық гипертонияның дамуына және пациенттердің емдеуге бейімділігіне ықпалын бағалау бойынша ғылыми ақпаратты жүйелі іздеу болып табылады.
