Кіріспе: Медициналық қызмет атқаруда, денсаулық сақтау жүйесінің ең маңызды құрама бөлігі - адами қорлармен бірге өндіруші күштер білім, дағдылар және мотивация жауапты болып табылады. Осылай дей тұра, адами қордың дамуы ғылыми білімнің облысы болып табылады, ал адами қаржының капиталына араласуынан бас тарту жылға және тіпті он жылдықтарға деген артқа қалу қаупін төндіреді. Еңбекті ынталандыру және адами қордың менеджменті денсаулық сақтау жүйесіндегі барлық ресурстардың утилизацияға кетуіне ықпал жасайды. Мақсаты: Әр түрлі мемлекеттер мысалында, медицина қызметкерлерінің еңбегіне мотивациялық шараларды жүзеге асыруға ықпал етуді зерттеу үшін ғылыми ақпараттың жүйелік ізденісін өткізу.

Материалдар мен әдістер: Ғылыми публикацияларды іздеу дәлелді медицина базалары ((Elsevier, Web of Science, PubMed, Cochrane Library, TripDatabase, ResearchGate) мен электронды ғылыми кітапханаларда жүргізілді (CyberLeninka). 4541 әдебиет көздері табылды, оның ішінде 74 мақаласы талданды. Автоматты іздеу деңгейі аяқталғаннан кейін, публикациялар «қолмен» теріліп алынды, соның арқасында тағы да қосымша 6 әдебиет көзі қосылды.

Нәтижелері: Адами ресурстар менеджменті финансты және физикалық ресурстар менеджменттерінен толықтай бөлек болып табылады. Медицина қызметкерінің статусы, қоғамдағы орны, еңбекті мотивациямен тығыз байланысқан. Басқарушы тарапы, әріптестері және қызмет көрсеткен халықтың тарапынан оң көзқарас қалыптасуы, материальді көмекпен қосымша мотивациялық фактор болып анықталады. Осындай оң әсері бар жағдайлар жасалса, ол еңбекті ынталандырудың негізі болып табылады. Жалпылай алғанда, медицинаны таңдаған жандар қоғамға пайдасын тигізгісі келетін адамдар болып табылады.

Қорытынды: еңбек атқару адамзатқа тек күн көру көзі емес, оған қоса шығармашылықта, өзін көрсете алуында, көбінесе интеллектуальді мамандық иелерінде көрінеді.
