ҚАУІПТІЛІГІ ТӨМЕН ЖІТІ ЖЕДЕЛ КОРОНАРЛЫҚ СИНДРОМЫ БАР ПАЦИЕНТТЕРДЕ ХОЛТЕРЛІК ЭКГ МОНИТОРЛАУ МҮМКІНДІКТЕРІ
Өзектілігі: Жедел коронарлық синдром-бұл жиі асқынуларға және өлімге әкелетін ауру, бұл алдын-алу мен емдеуді қажет ететін науқастарды анықтау, стратификациялау және болжау құралдарын іздеудің жоғары өзектілігін негіздейді. Мақсаты: Жедел коронарлық синдром, миокард инфарктісі кезіндегі холтерлік ЭКГ мониторлау диагностикалық, болжамдық параметрлерінің әдістернің талдау жасау. Іздеу стратегиясы: Іздеу Pubmed, Elsevier, Medline, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, CyberLeninka деректер базалары арқылы жүргізілді. Іздеу 2000 жылдан бастап 2021 жылға дейін бері жүргізілді, іздеу тереңдігі 20 жыл. Іздеу нәтижелері 157 басылымды анықтауға әкелді, оның ішінде рандомизацияланған және когорттық зерттеулер, мета-талдаулар деректерін қоса алғанда, мақала үшін 60 мақала таңдалды. Зерттеуге жедел коронарлық синдромы бар пациенттерде, оның ішінде төмен қауіпті топтарға Холтер мониторингінің нәтижелерін қарастыратын әдеби көздер кірді. Нәтижелер мен қорытындылар: Шетелдік әдебиет көздерін талдау нәтижесінде Холтер ЭКГ бақылау опциялары жасырын асқыну және өлім қаупі бар науқастарды анықтауға арналған құнды диагностикалық, болжамды құрал болып табылады.
