АЛЛЕРГЕНДІК ИММУНОТЕРАПИЯ: ҚАЗІРГІ КӨРІНІС. ӘДЕБИЕТТІК ШОЛУ
Түйін. Соңғы онжылдық уақыт кезінде аллергиялық аурулардың тұрақты өсуі, ғылым қауымдастыққа аллергиялық иммундық реакциялардың механизмдерін түсінуі мен аллергияның "эпидемиясымен" күресудің жаңа терапевтік стратегияларын жасау және терең зерттеуі міндеті болып отыр. Мақсаты: аллергенге тән иммунотерапия туралы заманауи ғылыми ақпаратты жүйелі түрде іздеу. Іздеу стратегиясы: Ғылыми жарияланымдар іздеуі PubMed, ResearchGate деректер базасында қаралды, кілт сөздер бойынша GoogleScholar мамандандырылған іздеу жүйелерінде жүргізілді. Барлығы 152 әдеби дерек көздер табылды, олардан 38 талдау үшін таңдалды Нәтижелер мен қорытындылар. Аллерген-арнайы спецификалық иммунотерапиясы, жақында аллергиялық аурулардың көптігін емдеудің құралы ретінде назар аударды. Нақты иммунотерапия - бұл аллергия белгілеріне ғана емес, себептерге әсер ететін емдеудің жалғыз әдісі. Емдеудің бұл әдісі бірінші рет тері астындағы иммунотерапия түрінде ұсынылған, бірақ кейінірек аллергендерді басқарудың жаңа әдістерін қолдана бастады, мысалы, сублингвальды және ішіне лимфатикалық.
