Кіріспе. Буындарды эндопротездеу дегенеративті буын аурулары бар науқастарды емдеудің тиімді әдісі және сұраныс жыл сайын артып келеді. Алайда, білікті реабилитациялық шараларсыз буынның функционалдық қызметі бұзылады. Мақсаты: аяқ буындарының эндопротезден кейінгі оңалту шаралары туралы әдеби деректерді қарау және талдау. Іздеу стратегиясы: Зерттеу жұмыстары Cochrane Library, PubMed және Wiley Online Library, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, CyberLeninka мәліметтер базасында жүргізілді. Зерттеулер осы мәліметтер базасынан келесі түйінді сөздерді қолдана отырып таңдалды: буын / остеоартрит / артропластика / оңалту. Іздеу тереңдігі 17 жылды құрады (2003-2020). Енгізу критерийлері: мақала, рандомизацияланған және когорттық зерттеулер; мета-анализдер, нормативтік құжаттар; эндопротездеу туралы ғылыми қауымдастықтың ұсыныстары және оңалту шаралары бойынша ағылшын және орыс тілдеріндегі басылымдар қарастырылды. Талдауға 83 басылым таңдалды. Нәтижелер мен қорытындылар: эндопротездеуден кейінгі буынның қызметін қалпына келтіру өзекті мәселе. Пациенттер өздерінің өмір сүру сапасын, әлеуметтік және спорттық мүмкіндіктерін жақсартуы үшін реабилитациялық шаралардың маңызы жоғары.
