Түйін. Семіздіктің таралуы әлемнің көптеген елдерінде алаңдатарлық қарқынмен өсуде. Шамамен 2 миллиард адамда артық салмақ бар, ал олардың үштен бірі семіздікке шалдыққан. Қолданыстағы таралу және тенденциялар туралы мәліметтерге, сондай-ақ семіздікті бірқатар физикалық және психоәлеуметтік аурулармен байланыстыратын эпидемиологиялық мәліметтерге сүйене отырып, семіздікті адамдардың денсаулығы мен өмір сүру сапасын едәуір нашарлататын және ұлттық денсаулық сақтау бюджеттерін едәуір арттыратын қоғамдық денсаулық сақтау дағдарысы деп сипаттаған дұрыс. Қазіргі тенденцияларды жою үшін семіздікке қарсы күрес және оның алдын-алу бойынша сектораралық іс-шаралар шұғыл түрде қажет.
Мақсаты. Шет елдерде артық салмақ пен семіздіктің алдын алу бағдарламалары бойынша әдебиеттер деректеріне талдау жүргізу
Іздеу стратегиясы. Зерттеу тұрғындар арасында артық салмақ пен семіздіктің алдын алуға арналған ағылшын және орыс тілдеріндегі толық мәтінді басылымдарды зерттеді. Әдебиеттерді іздеу барысында келесі іздеу жүйелері қолданылды: Pubmed, Web of science, Cyberleninka, Google Scholar кілт сөздер. Уақыт кезеңі 2012-2022 жылдармен белгіленді. Қосу критерийлері: ашық қолжетімділіктегі және статистикалық расталған қорытындылары бар орыс және ағылшын тілдеріндегі толық мәтінді жарияланымдар. Ерекшелік критерийлері: қысқаша есептер, газет мақалалары және жеке хабарламалар. Осы тақырып бойынша 610 жарияланым анықталды. Олардың ішінде біздің зерттеуіміздің мақсаты 60 басылымға сәйкес келді.
