РАЗВИТИЕ ТРИЕДИНСТВА У ПРОФЕССОРСКО-ПРЕПОДАВАТЕЛЬСКОГО СОСТАВА В МЕДИЦИНСКОМ ВЫСШЕМ УЧЕБНОМ ЗАВЕДЕНИИ
В данной статье автором приведены основные проблемы развития триединства у профессорско-преподовательского состава в медицинском высшем учебном заведении и представлены пути его решения. Автором выявлены принципиальные факторы, влияющие на развитие «триединства» в модернизации медицинского образования, особенно в усилении компетенции научно-педагогических кадров, создания условий для триединства науки, практики и образования через внедрение интегрированных академических медицинских центров и университетских клиник, эффективного внедрения инновации в клиническую практику, создания интегрированного союза «преподаватель – наставник + студент + ученый - клиницист».
