ОБЪЕКТИВНЫЙ СТРУКТУРИРОВАННЫЙ ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЙ ЭКЗАМЕН, ОПЫТ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ НА КАФЕДРЕ АНАТОМИИ И АНАЛИЗ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ОЦЕНКИ ЗНАНИЙ
Статья посвящена развитию методов оценки знаний, умений и навыков по анатомии в связи с введением компетентностного подхода в подготовку студентов медицинских ВУЗов. При подведении итоговой оценки по дисциплине анатомия проводится комплексная проверка теоритических и практических знаний, а также оценивается умение применять знания по анатомии на практике при рассмотрении клинических случаев. Учитывая трехмерную концепцию строения нашего тела, для объективной оценки практических знаний и умений студентов по анатомии используются трехмерные анатомические модели и препараты. Объективный структурированный практический экзамен (ОСПЭ) рассматривается авторами, как наиболее эффективный инструмент для оценки практических навыков по анатомии и интеграции знания фактического материала с клиническими аспектами. Совершенствование методики ОСПЭ заключается во введении клинических ситуаций, интеграции со смежными и клиническими дисциплинами, использовании методов визуализации и современных компьютерных технологий.
