ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЕДИЦИНСКИХ ОРГАНИЗАЦИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ ПАНДЕМИИ COVID-19. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ.
Введение. В период вспышки COVID-19 весь мир, в том числе Казахстан был ориентирован на оказание экстренной помощи пациентам с коронавирусной инфекцией. Закрытие плановой госпитализации для пациентов с хроническими заболеваниями в марте 2020 года привело к повышению спроса на медицинские услуги в экстренном порядке.
Цель. Изучить мировые наилучшие стратегии по организации деятельности медицинских организаций в условиях пандемии COVID-19 путем проведения информационного поиска литературных данных.
Стратегия поиска. Проведен литературный обзор по вопросам организации деятельности стационаров в условиях пандемии COVID-19 глубиной за 2 года. Ключевые слова для поиска полнотекстовых статей открытого доступа в базе PubMed: COVID-19, inpatient care, primary healthcare, infection control, infection prevention and control. Критерии включения: Публикации уровня доказательности А, В: мета-анализы, систематические обзоры, когортные и поперечные исследования. Критерии исключения: мнение экспертов в виде коротких сообщений, рекламные статьи.
Результаты. Анализ литературных данных показал, что на сегодняшний день организация амбулаторной и стационарной помощи является актуальной проблемой в период/после пандемии, изучаемой на мировом уровне. Служба ПМСП находилась под угрозой в период пандемии COVID-19 и большое внимание уделялось стационарам, в частности отделениям интенсивной терапии. В связи с пандемией COVID-19 на фоне увеличения нагрузки на систему здравоохранения поликлиники и стационары сталкивались с проблемами организационного и финансового характера. Поэтому в связи с внедрением локдауна сегодня связь телемедицины стала доминирующим методом оказания медицинской помощи.
Выводы. Таким образом, на данном этапе в период изменения подходов к оказанию медицинской помощи, система здравоохранения нуждается в трансформации с учетом эпохи цифровизации и COVID-19.
