КІШІ ТЫНЫС ЖОЛДАРЫ АУРУЫ – ӨСОА ЕРТЕ НАҚТАМАЛАУДЫҢ БОЛЖАМЫ
Кіріспе. Өкпенің созылмалы обструктивті ауруын (ӨСОА) ерте анықтау және алдын алу ғылыми және клиникалық тұрғыдан негізгі мәселелр болып табылады. Кіші тыныс алу жолдарының ауруы бұрыннан ӨСОА ерте нақтамалауда үлкен қызығушылық тудыруда. Зерттеулер ӨСОА шалдыққан науқастарда қалыптан тыс спирометрия немесе эмфизема дамығанға дейін кіші тыныс алу жолдарының айтарлықтай бұзылысын мәлімдеді.
Зерттеудің мақсаты өкпенің созылмалы обструктивті ауруын (ӨСОА) ерте нақтамалаудың маңыздылығын көрсететін кіші тыныс алу жолдары қызметінің бұрынғы және жаңа сынақтарының рөлін зерделеу болды.
Іздеу стратегиясы. Келесі дерекқорларда – Medline (2017 – 2024 ж. ақпаны) және Embase (2017 – 2024 ж. ақпаны), соның ішінде Cochrane кітапханасында зерттеу жүргізілді. Іздеу тек ағылшын тілінде жазылған және соңғы 7 жылда жарияланған мақалалармен шектелді. Егжей-тегжейлі шолуды қамтамасыз ету үшін біз келесі терминдерді қолданып әдебиеттерді іздестірдік: «кіші тыныс тыныс алу жолдарының ауруы», «өкпенің созылмалы обструктивті ауруы», «ауа ағынының кедергісі», «өкпе физиологиясы», «өкпенің қызметі» және оған қатысты барлық шектелген терминдерді бір уақытта. Барлығы іріктеу сипатбелгілеріне сәйкес 70 өзекті ғылыми жарияланымдар талдауға алынды.
Нәтижелер. Бұл нәтижелер ӨСОА ерте анықтаудағы кіші тыныс жолдары ауруларының әртүрлі сынақтарының орны туралы маңызды түсінік береді.
Қорытынды. Нәтижелер өкпенің созылмалы обструктивті ауруларын ерте нақтамалаудың маңыздылығын түсінуде кіші тыныс алу жолдары дисфункциясының рөлін көрсетеді, сондықтан оны түсіну науқастардың ем нәтижелерін жақсартады.
