Введение. Артериальная гипертензия (АГ) является самым распространенным фактором риска фибрилляции предсердий (ФП). Первичная профилактика ФП признана приоритетным направлением медицинской науки и практики.

In this paper we summarise basic information on comparisons of three and more independent samples using one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) and non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test. Detailed algorithms on how the abovementioned tests can be performed using Statistica 10 and SPSS 20 software are presented. The aim of this study is reveal the association of polymorphism of IL10 gene (rs1800896) at 1082 GA position with the erysipelas in Kazakh population.
Materials and methods. The polymorphism of IL10 gene (rs1800896) was assessed in 206 patients with erysipelas and 422 control subjects. Of them 143 patients with primary erysipelas and 63 with recurrence erysipelas. Genomic DNA was extracted from blood for genotyping.
