DIAGNOSTIC CAPABILITIES OF DIFFUSE-WEIGHTED MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING IMAGING IN BRAIN MENINGIOMAS
Relevance: The method of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging allows you to get information about the structural state of various tissues and organs. Currently, the method of diffuse-weighted images and the measured diffusion coefficient have not received widespread clinical use, with the exception of scientific works on the study of brain ischemia, demyelinating diseases, and injuries.
The aim of the work is to compare the values of the measured diffusion coefficient of various forms of meningiomas and assess the possibilities of applying the methods of diffusion-weighted magne...

CLINICAL AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE SYNDROME OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA IN THE FORMATION OF CONGENITAL HEART DEFECTS. REVIEW.
Structure of all congenital malformations include 30% malformations of the heart and blood vessels (CHD - congenital heart disease), congenital malformations make a significant contribution for child mortality and disability, requiring significant economic costs for surgical correction and social assistance for children with disabilities. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, practical measurement of CHD among live births is 8-10 per 1,000 live births and every year the total number of live births children with CHD in Kazakhstan is 3,000.

The aim of study was analyzed of lite...

COMBINATIONS OF CONGENITAL HEART DISEASES AND A CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA AMONG CHILDREN OF SEMEY
Introduction. There is evidence on common mechanisms of congenital heart diseases (CHD) and connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), which increases odds for their comorbidities. The latter may be associated with poorer prognosis for CHD. However, the associations between CHD and CTD in Kazakhstan have been poorly studied so far.
Aim – to assess the frequency of CTD signs in children with CHD living in Semey, Kazakhstan.
Materials and methods. We examined 168 children aged 1 to14 years, including 84 – with CHD and 80 children with no signs of CHD.
Associations betw...
