РАСПРОСТРАНЕННОСТЬ И ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА ОЖИРЕНИЯ СРЕДИ ПОДРОСТКОВ. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Введение: Ожирение в молодом возрасте остается серьезной и распространенной проблемой общественного здравоохранения и является маркером повышенного кардио - метаболического риска у подростков и взрослых. Модельные оценки, прогнозирующие это воздействие на общественное здоровье, основаны на большом количестве фактических данных, связывающих детское ожирение с будущим сердечно-сосудистым заболеванием у взрослых. В Казахстане по данным Государственной программы развития здравоохранения Республики Казахстан на 2020-2025 годы среди казахстанских подростков (дети от 10 до 19 лет) 5% имеют ожирение и 20% детей имеют избыточный вес.
Цель: обзор литературных источников по распространенности и факторам риска ожирения среди подростков.
Стратегия поиска: Поиск источников проводили в следующих базах: Pubmed, Scopus, Ebscohost, Medline, The Сocrane Library, SpringerLink, Web of Knowledge (Thomson Reuters), Параграф Медицина, ScienceDirect. Глубина поиска составила 15 лет: с 2004 по 2019 годы. Критериями включения являлись: отчеты о рандомизированных и когортных исследованиях, проведенных на больших популяциях; мета-анализы и систематические обзоры; статьи на английском и русском языках. Критериями исключения явились: статьи, описывающие единичные случаи и серии случаев; статьи, опубликованные ранее 1998 года; материалы, не имеющие доказательной базы, резюме докладов, тезисы и газетные статьи.
Мы включили 62 статьи по этой теме, которые были доступны в виде полного текста и прошли критический процесс оценки
Результаты: Обзор литературы показал, что за последние два десятилетия распространенность избыточного веса/ожирения возросла среди детей и подростков. Показатели распространенности выше у мальчиков, чем у девочек среди детей, но выше у девочек в подростковой группе.
Выводы: Оценка роли полиморфных вариантов генов на риск развития ожирения среди подростков является актуальной и требующей дальнейшего изучения проблемой.
