МЕДИЦИНСКАЯ БЕЗОПАСНОСТЬ В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ COVID-19. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ.
Актуальность. Пандемия коронавирусной болезни-2019 (COVID-19) представляет собой постоянную разрушительную угрозу для жизни людей во всем мире. Медицинские работники находятся на передовой в борьбе с пандемией и тем самым являются наиболее уязвимой профессиональной группой в отношении риска развития COVID-19. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения многие медицинские работники были инфицированы коронавирусом 2 тяжелого острого респираторного синдрома (SARS-CoV-2) и более 3600 медицинских работников погибло, большинство из которых умерли в возрасте до 60 лет в период пандемии. В Республике Казахстан с начала пандемии скончалось более 182 медицинских работников. В этой связи, поскольку рост числа инфицированных среди медработников продолжает увеличиваться, необходимо дальнейшее изучение проблем, с которыми сталкиваются медработники в период COVID-19.
Цель: Провести анализ данных литературы по обеспечению медицинской безопасности среди медработников при оказании специализированной помощи в период COVID-19.
Стратегия поиска: Проведен поиск научных работ в поисковых системах Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection, MedLine, PubMed, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar в электронной научной библиотеке e-Library.ru, CyberLeninka. Критерии включения: глубина поиска литературы составила 3 года (2019-2021 гг.), оригинальные статьи, обзоры литературы, мета-анализы, нормативно-правовые документы на английском и русском языках. Критерии исключения: публикации низкого методологического качества, которые не отражали основной значимости, с неясными и неоднозначными выводами, повторно встречающиеся публикации, материалы конференций и клинические случаи. В результате поиска нами было идентифицировано всего 210 зарубежных и отечественных публикаций, из них в данный обзор вошли 78 публикаций.
Результаты и выводы: Анализ данных литературы показал, что отсутствие готовности к пандемии, набор средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ) и развитие рекомендаций по СИЗ, беспокойство и страх среди медработников, проблемы в обеспечении социальной – экономической поддержке и защиты, и нехватка медперсонала, это те проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются медработники, которые находятся на передовой линии во время COVID-19.
Результаты текущего исследования указывают на необходимость адекватной готовности к пандемии в секторе здравоохранения и социально-экономической помощи для защиты медработников.
