АНАЛИЗ РЕЗУЛЬТАТОВ ХИРУГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЕЗНИ ЛЕГГА-КАЛЬВЕ-ПЕРТЕСА У ДЕТЕЙ
Введение. Современная концепция болезни Легга-Кальве-Пертеса - это идиопатический некроз проксимального эпифиза бедренной кости, который может быть вовлечен в процесс полностью или частично. Характеризуется тяжёлыми анатомическими расстройствами тазобедренного сустава, приводящими к функциональным нарушениям поражённой нижней конечности и всего опорно-двигательного аппарата, такие патологические состояния как - нестабильность, дисконгруэнтность и анатомическая несостоятельность. Именно коррекция указанных нарушений наряду с восстановлением и улучшением функции является основной целью оперативного лечения.
