ДОКАЗАТЕЛЬНАЯ СЕСТРИНСКАЯ ПРАКТИКА. ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Введение. Доказательная сестринская практика является одним из столпов современной медицинской деятельности, нацеленной на обеспечение высококачественного ухода, безопасности пациентов и эффективности медицинской помощи. В течение последних десятилетий она стала неотъемлемой частью сестринской профессии, подчеркивая важность интеграции актуальных научных исследований, клинического опыта и предпочтений пациентов.
Цель настоящего обзора — описать имеющиеся в настоящее время данные о развитии доказательной сестринской практики в мире.
Стратегия поиска. Поиск источников проводился в следующих базах данных: Pubmed, ResearchGate, Cyberleninka, eLibrary. В обзор были включены первичные исследования (описательные и аналитические исследования), вторичные исследования (систематические обзоры и метаанализы), методические пособия, клинические руководства, а также полнотекстовые публикации на русском и английском языках за последние 30 лет.
Результаты и заключение. В рамках доказательной сестринской практики, медсестры становятся активными участниками процесса принятия решений, ориентированными на лучшие доступные доказательства. Этот подход позволяет не только улучшить качество ухода, но и сделать лечение более безопасным, учесть индивидуальные особенности пациентов и повысить эффективность медицинских вмешательств. Основой доказательной сестринской практики является стремление к непрерывному обучению и собственному профессиональному развитию. Это требует от медсестер готовности к критической оценке исследований, адаптации новых знаний и умений, а также применения их в повседневной практике. Доказательная сестринская практика не только повышает уровень сестринской заботы о пациентах, но и устанавливает высокие стандарты для сестринской профессии в целом. С учетом быстро развивающейся медицины и постоянно меняющихся условий оказания здравоохранения, она остается неотъемлемой составляющей современной сестринской практики и будет продолжать играть ключевую роль в улучшении результатов для пациентов и общества в целом.
