SOCIAL-HYGIENIC ASPECTS OF ABORTION
Actuality. Every day about 100 million sexual intercourses are accomplished in the world, there is conception in 910.000 cases, in 10% of these cases pregnancy ends with artificial abortion. From data of Worldwide organization of health protection the annual amount of surgical abortions exceeds 55 millions in the world, there are 300-500 abortions on every 1000 births, about 70 thousand women annually die from complications after surgical abortion, every fourth, cutting the first pregnancy short a surgical way, becomes sterile!

The trend of population ageing is reinforced in a planetary scale, and especially in developed countries. By this hand the population ageing process will affect on different factors such as health status and health-care system. Concerning to this the main purpose of this research was a health status study of the dispensary group patients living in the health-rehabilitation department of "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city.

ANALYSIS OF THE RESPONSIBILITY STRUCTURE OF RESIDENTS “LSG FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED COMMON TYPE ", G. FAMILIES
In the recent decade in Kazakhstan the proportion of persons older 60 was increased on 120 thousand. Older persons have a lot of problems and the first of which is health. Thus, the health assessment of the persons living in social establishments is an important aspect of social medicine. Structure analysis of morbidity and disability among the residents of KSU'S "Health care establishment for elderly and disabled persons of general type" of the Semey city will allow optimize basic directions of prophylaxis and care methods.
