The authors analyzed 151 patients admitted with ulcer bleeding of the stomach and duodenum in the period from 2010 to
2011 at Ekibastuz city hospital. Surgical activity has left 13,2%. Overall mortality was 5,3%, postoperative mortality was
15,0%.
