We have demonstrated the AIDS patient who has the example ofquickly progressing multifocal leukaencephalopathy
with the lethal outcomeon a background of the expressed immunodeficiency. This case confirms anindispensability of duly
antiretroviraltherapies, as the unique way of struggle against the given pathology with undeveloped methods of specific preventive maintenance and treatments actingdirectly on the virus that causes the disease.
