.Abstract
Use in patients for surgery and postoperative medications mixture of hydrocortisone, fibrinolysin, novocain, kanamycin
and 5% aminocaproic acid and poliglyukina are an important criterion for prevention of recurrence of adhesions in patients
with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction and are statistically significant increase in amount of good Long-term results. Precise surgical technique of traumatic surgical intervention should be considered as important factors what follows prevent
adhesions of the abdominal cavity. Proposed by many scientists, mechanical, chemical and biological ways of preventing
adhesions after laparotomy, did not give satisfactory practical results, and therefore have not received the recognition of
practical surgeons. Researches from the results of treatment of patients with acute adhesive intestinal obstruction have
shown that poor performance is often due to late hospitalization, traumatic perform surgery, as well as the aggression of the
organism in the operation.
