.Abstract
The term of «difficult intubation» is considered standard; the problem is represented more widespread, than difficulty at
intubation, and includes all elements of the control of respiratory tract, oxygenation and elimination of dioxides of carbon.
Difficult is considered intubation when is required to the anesthesiologist more than three attempts of standard laryngoscopy
or more than 10 minutes for achievement of correct position of endotracheal tube.
