.Abstract
An analysis of epidemiological situation of calcaneus fractures in Semey in 2011 is presentin the article. Main indicators
(the mechanism of injury, age and gender of victims) are similar to published data. However, a high percentage of compression fractures (82.3%) and conservative treatment by cast without skeletal traction (64.7%).
