In acute period of the disease average concentration of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) in full term newborns has formed 132,0
mkg/ml, in preterm infants of I degree - 140,7 mkg/ml, in preterm infants of II degree - 154,03 mkg/ml, at period of recovery in
full term newborns AFP has formed 52,6 mkg/ml, in preterm infants of I degree - 74,5 mkg/ml, in preterm infants of II degree -
76,7 mkg/ml, that possible to use as diagnostic test.
