.Abstract
The article provides a brief review of the current state of thrombolytic therapy in acute coronary syndrome, including a comparative analysis of fibrinolytic agents of different generations, their advantages and disadvantages. The important role of thrombolytic therapy as a modern method for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome is emphasized.
