Three-dimensional modeling of the base of a complete removable denture under unfavorable clinical conditions reduces the period of adaptation to the denture, decreases trauma to the prosthetic bed, improves denture retention, and, most importantly, allows the denture to fulfill its main purpose — restoration of chewing function, speech, and an aesthetically pleasing healthy smile.
