This article describes risk conceptions and major directions of integration of risk-management system in organization
management system. Newness and topicality of this issue is a necessary criterion for providing the patients with a safe and
qualitative health care. One of the priority directions of international standards introduction in healthcare includes the patient
and personnel safety where one of the key issues contains the risk-management and risk management system issues.
