.Abstract
Actuality of a problem of incidence of the musculoskeletal device is defined not so much by its scales, how many social
and economic losses. The main economic consequence of loss of health at children's age at pathology of the
musculoskeletal device is a reduction of number of labor capacity of the country and the short-reception of gross domestic
product connected with it. Displaziya of hip joint – insufficiency of development or pathological development including defects
of a capsule, the proximal of a femur. In the Republic of Kazakhstan frequency of a displaziya of hip joints makes 18 cases
on 1000 newborns. Dislocation of a hip 3-5 cases on 1000 become complicated.
