Abstract

The article describes the relevance of the superficial candidiasis due to increasingresistance to existing antimycotics, a
manifestation of side effects from the use ofsystemic drugs. We describe the clinical skin lesions with superficial candidiasis.The authors used batrofen 1% cream (ciclopirox) for the treatment of candidiasis. Through the mechanism of action,
which is the inactivation of enzyme systems fungi of the genus Candida, breach of tissue respiration, synthesis and energy
productionbloc of microbial cell Batrafen also violates the transport mechanisms in the cell wall of yeast-like fungus. Due to
all this is achieved fungicidal effect. The evaluation ofclinical efficacy.
