Presented data are the result of long-term activity of laboratory services in the East Kazakhstan region. Based on thorough analysis of factual data, the necessity of centralized laboratory studies, which are the basic element in reforming of
laboratory services capable to provide the solution of actual problems of increasing of economic and diagnostic efficiency of
studies to improve the quality of provision of medical care to the population and will answer the world tendencies of the organization of laboratory service.
