Abstract

In work specification of conceptual positions of modern psychosomatic medicine and the decision of private problems of
the kliniko-psychopathological analysis is presented; working out of the interdisciplinary approach to diagnostics and therapy
of psychosomatic frustration; development of general kliniko-diagnostic "language" with interns; the organization of effective
system of the psychiatric help in the general medical practice (working out of indications to consultation, participation in therapeutic process).
