SURGICAL TACTIC IN CASE OF ACUTE CHOLECYSTITIS

Abstract

The present stage of development of abdominal surgery is characterised wide introduction in clinical practice of new
hi-tech diagnostic methods and small invasive surgical interventions reducing risk of operation and dilating possibilities of
surgical treatment of patients. Active tactics of treatment of patients with an acute cholecystitis should be based on exact
data on character, prevalence and dynamics of inflammatory process which are necessary for receiving within the first
days from the moment of hospitalisation of the patient.
