STATE OF REGULATORY MECHANISMS IN THE PROCESS OF ADAPTATION IN WORKERS OF LEAD PRODUCTION

Abstract

The state of the heartbeat regulation system (HB) has been studied at 286 workers of the lead production. More intensive stabilization of heartbeat at workers of main premises in comparison to the control group has been accurately revealed.
There were established the stages, undulating character of the regulation mechanisms reorganization, reflecting the degree
of its constraint and level of adaptability to working conditions. Reorganization of the regulation system takes place with the
decrease of vagal influence, and switching of the HB handling over to humoral-metabolic level with peak straining of the regulatory systems, reflecting in deterioration and adaptation failure at highly experienced workers.
