THE REASONS OF MORTALITY RATE DURING ACUTE SURGICAL PATHOLOGIES OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY

Abstract

The retrospective analysis of 117 autopsy protocols and case histories of clinical patients which died in surgical department with acute diseases of abdominal cavity was provided during period from 2007 till 2009 years. As a result of examination is placed that most percent of mortality is relate to the age from 60 till 79 years and patients which were entered to the
clinic after 24 hours from beginning of disease and operated in late time. The biggest group is consist of patients which were
died from GIB and AAO.
