ASSESSMENT OF OVARIAN FUNCTION IN TUBAL-PERITONEAL INFERTILITY (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Abstract

The article describes the background paper review related to issues of reproductive function failure as the tuboperitoneal
infertility. At tuboperitoneal infertility it’s need to assess the functional state of woman’s reproductive system and the capacity
of the ovary (ovarian reserve) in aim to predict approach and to chose the adequate treatment.
Taking into account, that anti-Mullerian hormone is synthesized by the growing ovarian follicles only, its level in blood
plasma can be used as marker of ovarian reserve.
