PREVALENCE AND STRUCTURE OF ACUTE INFRINGEMENTS OF BRAIN BLOOD CIRCULATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF PAVLODAR CITY

Research objective: the analysis of frequency and structure of acute ischemic infringements of brain blood circulation in
the Pavlodar city.
Research is spent with use of a complex of the materials including the analysis of the archival and clinical data on neurologic departments.
Within 10 years was available 5351 ischemic strokes registered a case and 2899 – transitory disturbances of brain blood
circulation.
As a whole tendencies of frequency of acute disturbances of brain blood circulation in the Pavlodar area are adverse.
The increase in frequency of cases of disease, and also a tendency to increase of relative number of strokes and transitory
ischemic attacks at persons of middle age is marked.
