Clinical manifestation and the course of the ischemic heart disease have great gender differences. White doing clinical
picture of angina pectoris they rare have stenosis of coronary arteries (37% in women which underwent coronagraphy wasn’t
faunal shortening of the coronary vessels, white in men it was 13% ). In the given investigation the author showed the peculiarities of coronary arteries changes in women with ischemic heart disease and defined the correlation between the disease
and given changes.
