Abstract

In the conclusion it is necessary to notice, that patients with a peptic ulcer of a stomach and a duodenum complicated by
a bleeding, appreciable changes in immune reactivity of an organism are expressed, than at other complications of peptic
ulcer. In connection with it, careful studying of an immunodeficiency at this category of patients, definition of groups of patients of requiring in emergency or urgent operation or carrying out of locally-medicinal endoscopic small surgery, an ulcerative surface glutinous applications, and also application immunomodulators, reparants of neogenesis of ulcerative process
will promote individualised adequate, medical tactics. For stimulation of cellular and humoral immunity was lead laser irradiation of thymus and lien.
