Now a day’s present international and national recommendations about treatment of an arterial hypertension are absolutely unanimous in definition of level target the BP: low than 130/80-85 mm Hg at diabetes mellitus and the minimal disorders of kidneys function and low than 125/75 mm Hg at more severe affection of kidneys function and proteinuria > 1 g/day.
Modern approaches to treatment of renal arterial hypertension considerably expand indications to combined antihypertensive
therapy, it is recommended to begin treatment from it, passing a stage of monotherapy, patients with II-III degree of AH, in
the presence of diabetes mellitus, proteinuria, ChRF, affection of target organs.
