ANALYSIS OF GASTROENTEROLOGICAL AND HEPATOBILIARY PATHOLOGY IN THE SEMEY REGION

Abstract

The analysis of gastroenterologic morbidity in Semipalatinsk region of East Kasakhstan for 5-10 years reveals incidence rate of gastroesophageal diseasesin 2.5 time and chronic pathology of liver in 1.5-2 time. High occurrence of
ulcer disease is remained. Often revelation of chronic cholecystitis and pancreatitis is diagnosed by ultrasound diagnostics. Intestinal pathology with more percentage has been realized by irritable colon syndrome. Though the of quantity of patients with pathology of gastrointestinal tract requires further development and improvement of gastroenterologic services.
