URGENT SURGICAL CARE FOR PERFORATED STOMACH CANCER IN GENERAL SURGICAL HOSPITALS

Abstract

Urgent surgical operations are the heaviest method of stomach cancer patients’ treatment, complicated by a perforation.
An operating surgeon shall have necessary arsenal of operations in full scope and a surgical approach shall be determined by patient’s state, by the degree of malignant process prevalence and peritonitis’ form, but not by human factors.
At the present stage, greater necessity in surgical intervention scope expansion for patients that have stomach perfor ation cancer, with oncologic methods application is appeared.
