INFLAMMATORY ASPECTS AND POSSIBILITIES TO IMMUNOLOGICAL CORRECTION IN CHRON IC DISEASES OF LIVER

Abstract

In 57 patients with chronic pathology of liver, including liver cirrhosis-35% , chronic toxic hepatitis- 17,54% , viral hepatitis14% , steatohepatosis- 12,28% , autoimmune hepatitis- 8,7% ; was examined cellular and humoral immunity. Depending from
etiology of disease was defined dissemblance in humoral immunity indicators. In all patients with chronic liver pathology lymphocytes count was low SD3+, SD4+, but SD8+ was definetly high in patients with viral liver disease. In patients with viral
and toxic hepatitis all classes of Ig was high and increased count of circulating immune complexes, but in autoimmune hepatitis –increased only IgG and heterophyle antibodies. Differences in inflammatory indicators can be conventioned not only
by etiologic factors, but also by sexual peculiarities. Studying of immune status give us the possibility to define etiology and
character of liver disease. Correction of immune status at viral hepatitis can be realized by Godex.
