Abstract

The cause of CCP of the child, as a rule, is unfavorable being of several factors: the labor traumas and presence of
sharp or chronic diseases of the mother, and also the hypoxia of a child and others. There may be many factors, but the
result may be one – the involvement of the central neural system, of brain, and of no possibility of normal development of the
man throughout all his life. Problems of development, bringing up, studying and social adaptation of the children with CCP
and their parents demand following researching and finding the new approaches for making the quality of their life, their integration to the society.
