PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PURULENT COMPLICATIONS IN ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Abstract

There are results of the refusing of the autogenic cellular meal of the blood after its incubation with antibiotics and adenosine triphosphate intravascular method in 13 patients with acute destructive pancreatitis which were the patients of the regional clinics named after G. Sultanov and hospital № 1 during the period 2008-2009. It was denoted that the method of the
derived medicines in patients with pancreatonecrosis lets reduce the tension of factors of the endogenous intoxication, lets
arrest clinical manifestations of the disease, reduce average duration of the stationary treatment on 6.4 days, gives opportunity to reduce the rate of the purulent septic complications on 24.6 % and the rate of lethality on 13.7 % in comparison with
controlling group.
